the check-in process was super smooth and fast. the concierge greeted me as i arrived and directed me to the lobby. the hotel staff provided an upgraded room it was so spacious. the location is excellent, so close to many attractions.

the bar closed a bit early, i felt it closes at 9pm, so no late-night snacks are available there.

the hotel offers easy access to the mrt station through the shopping mall. you can get to the mrt by turning right out of the hotel and again at the corner. the mrt is only a 6 minute walk.

my room was a corner one with windows facing different directions it was very nice. the room had great lighting with many options. my room featured a coffee maker along with tea bags.

The room service options were quite limited after 10 PM. I expected more variety for a hotel of this supposed standard. It made it difficult to rest, and the front desk staff did not seem particularly concerned when I mentioned it.

the location was central for tourist sites. it was an easy walk to many places. check-in was quick and james at reception was helpful. he supported my requests for late checkout and executive lounge access.

the bathroom felt a bit small. i thought it lacked space to dry off after showering. there wasn't much storage for clothes in the room. i found minimal hanging space and drawer space available.
